You are the most incredible person I’ve ever met, and it is such a joy to love you.

If only the world was full of more people like you, there’s so very few above you.

Thank you would be a good place to start, for that wonderfully quirky brain,

For your intelligent and humorous personality, that you seem to have in spades.

You’re such a special and wonderful woman - you really are unique,

You’re a force to be reckoned with, you’re a force full stop, every time you speak.

I’m so glad the universe connected us, you’re so caring, so thoughtful and kind,

You're bold, diverse, your mind's fast, quick with words, with you I feel safe - peace of mind.

You’re literally the only one who goes out of their way for us, you do for us far more than blood.

You’re our child’s absolute favourite person, and they talk about you with pure love.

How can you be this talented? What are you waiting for? Take the world!

What an inspiration you are, what a hope you can be, for the non conforming, the growing, boys and girls.

Your amazing figure, your talent, your self care, your commitment  to healthy life choices.

I’ve never had a friend like you, I’ve never known what this voice is.

You encourage people to open up, you inspire others to sing alongside.

You’re endearing, honest, loyal, supportive, I hope you’ll always be on my side.  

No one is you and that is your power, your energy is endless,

I hope if no one tells you today, this poem is the message that sends this.
